1. Always wear bowling shoes when bowling
2. Never stick your hands or head in ball return for any reason

Spare: 10 pins plus the next pin thrown
Strike: 10 pins plus the next two balls thrown
Max pinfall in any one frame: 30 pins (3 strikes in a row)
