external urethral sphincter
muscles that control urine flow. located at the bladder's distal inferior end in females and inferior to the prostate in males is a secondary sphincter to control the flow of urine through the urethra.
popliteus function
muscle in leg used to unlock the knee by lateraly rotating femur on the tibia.

Assists in flexion, abduction and lateral rotation of hip, and flexion of knee.
