A change could be as simple as adding a new employee or as traumatic as a major reorganization, including the loss of jobs. On the one hand, there are some things you can do to make the process easier and put your team in the best position in the future to be successful. Functional teams perform certain functions and organizational members from various vertical levels of the hierarchy. In other words, a functional group of the manager and his subordinates is composed for a particular functional. Accounting, human resources and purchasing departments are examples of functional teams. These teams are often the power to make decisions without the consent of the Management. For example, if the leaders of Nabisco concluded that the company needs to improve its relationship with customers and better meet the needs of customers, functional teams whose tasks had to find a way to do this is to find created.
