Her attacker only attacked her because of the fact that his mind was poisoned by the view that anyone in any headscarf or even that anyone looks Muslim is a terrorist. This poisonous belief is rammed into people’s thoughts predominantly by the media. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to blame Muslims for terrorist attacks however ignorant people are far too mindless to realize that religion does not breed terrorism or violence. Teen Ahmed Mohammed made a clock and brought it to school, only to get in trouble because his teacher automatically assumed it was a bomb. The depictions of Muslims in western media are increasingly getting worse.
