Before long Windstorm was opening up shops selling all sorts of goods and services including barbers, tailors, and even jewel crafters. As the job market continued to soar in Windstorm it was becoming more and more clear that their agricultural society was not going to be able to sustain them, in fact they were trading more food away than they were even keeping for their own granaries. This caused a reform in the economy of the Manhu who began building vast infrastructure with the raw materials they obtained from the Dwarves. Through this process of industrialism there were factories sprouting through all of Windstorm mass producing all the weapons needed for their armies as well as commercial goods needed at home, at a much lower price than the Dwarves were asking for . As with all sentient beings, the levels of consumerism grew too rapidly though and eventually the demand was constantly outpacing the supply. The market exchange value of weapons in particular has caused a lot of tension between the Manhu and the Dwarves recently due to the constant competition of pricing . The Dwarves are still able to manufacture at a faster rate while maintaining a high quality, while the Manhu manufacture weapons at a much cheaper price but at a slightly less quality. Not only are their men and women happier with their roles in society, but the trade system and overall economy is thriving despite the sometimes unbalanced exchange practices. As always the Manhu’s greatest goal has been to protect all of their people with the strength of their armies and the still worshipped Holy Light, with the mass-production now available to them, this has been made much easier.
