below the Jim Crow laws most White race thought at the time that they might eventually get attacked from at intervals or maybe while not. that was a large drawback to them, they wished to stay management of blacks as a result of they saw them as a threat that would presumably surpass them. so as to stay the “white man place” within the government, white party members did everything in their power to stay black in associate inferior mental attitude. Leader like agent T. Washington worked extraordinarily exhausting to steer his followers to remain inspired and not let what White race have an effect on them. He did this principally for the very fact that he was able to get associate education and build one thing of himself therefore he wished to try to to a similar for his followers.
