Dobria et al (2013) and her colleagues propose an acute structure for the assessment of the attitudes directed towards immigrants in the context of immigration, social capital and social cohesion. Their argument is that the conception of the ambivalent attitudes towards the immigrant factions are a display of the disparate array within the social construct, value-based activity and the predominant sociopolitical climate. Dobria applies the theory of item response as well as multiple regression tool in her study.
