The bureaucracy is composed of many functions and roles in the American political system. It can scale from enforcing and implementing legislation, rule-making, and adjudication which is the charge of fines by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) for violating the television decency standards. The organization of the bureaucracy consists of the cabinet departments, the independent agencies, government corporations and lastly the regulatory commissions.
