In our young age, our skin is soft and supple, and we always want it to remain that way. But certain factors like aging, smoking, pollution, exposure to sun and chemicals, gradually damage the skin. Aging comes inevitably with time, which slowly puts wrinkles, takes away the skin moisture what causes sagging skin. Aging is an inevitable process undoubtedly, but with essential vitamins and supplements included in the diet, its adverse effects can be prevented or delayed.
