My morals would go head to head at this point, would I be willing to protect my friend while letting an innocent bystander take the heat for the crime. I agree with your post. I also felt that with each state having a myriad of laws that aren’t necessarily congruent with other states, let alone the federal government, would make it difficult if not impossible to have a single court. Therefore, with the way our system is set up, it is a necessity to have a multi-tiered court. When looking at the downside, I hadn’t contemplated the fact of jurisdictional conflict.…

Being put in a situation that has a negative outcome no matter what an individual does can be relatively difficult. The reason for this is because that person will typically have to make an important and tough decision. The way one decides what to do demonstrates his or her personality and character. If the decision the person makes benefits themself, but negatively impacts the other person, it can be assumed that they’re uncivil and essentially self-centered. However, if the individual makes the choice that would benefit another person but doesn’t benefit themself, it can be concluded that they are caring and altruistic.…

I would definitely break the law to save a loved one.…

I refrain from making hasty decisions, a trait that’s made it easier to manage time and keep my life organized. It’s not that I don’t enjoy some spontaneity, just that I’ve had experience with faulty planning. I like to consider as many details and possible outcomes of a situation before making a decision; in fact, I believe it’s my best characteristic. Thinking things through allows me to make sound, satisfying choices in both my academic and social life. It is a practice that has saved me from careless mistakes on math tests and kept my activities.…

    1) The word impact is very ambiguous here because it doesn't mention to what extent the impact has to be, does the impact have to be life changing for a person, or can it be an impact so small that the other person doesn’t even know that their freedom is being impeached. For this I will look at the example of a man that lives by himself with no people living close to him and no responsibilities he also lives within Canada with all of our laws. His freedom to stay at him has no direct impact on anybodies else's freedoms because this action doesn't involve anybody else so how could it directly impact them. You could try and take the counterexample that staying at home impacts another person's freedom to sit in that first man’s house by himself.…
