How Did Orion Commit Murder

Artemis committed murder of the first degree against Orion by shooting him through the heart with a silver arrow that she was entrusted to by her by her father; therefore, she should serve 40 years in prison according the Code of Virginia Law. Orion was born in ox hide created by Zeus. A Greek farmer named Hyrieus, asked the gods for a son. He was a good man and did everything right. Zeus, Poseidon, and Hermes agreed to this and created a baby boy her Hyrieus. Since Orion was created by the gods he was a little stronger and taller almost like a giant. He was the mightiest mortal hunter to ever live. Orion grew up having a good relationship with the gods. He was always appreciative to them for making his father so happy. As a young boy, Orion hunted and played in the woods. Hyrieus got him his first bow and arrow and Orion was quite thrilled. His attributes are hunting and constellations. Orion got a letter from the king of Chios asking for his help. Orion went to him and accepted the task of killing all of the dangerous beasts that were threatening the people. Commonwealth of Virginia, Graham was convicted of murder of the first degree. He tried to appeal and say that he wasn’t guilty of murder but the Supreme Court of Virginia upheld their decision. In the end, Graham was prosecuted and correctly punished with 40 years in prison. This case falls under section 18.2-30: Murder and manslaughter declared felonies of the Code of Virginia law. 18.2-30. is defined as when any person who commits capital murder, murder of the first degree, murder of the second degree, voluntary manslaughter, or involuntary manslaughter, shall be guilty of a felony. This relates to my case because Artemis is in the same position. She is being accused of murder in the first degree and she will be found guilty and rightfully prosecuted.
