My Life through Erikson’s Eyes
What kind of person am I? What kind of person others see in me? And what kind of person I 'd like to be? Those are the kind of questions that people tend to ask themselves during different stages of their lives. Personality is a huge aspect that will impact how your life develops. Therefore how personality is defined? According to Allport’s definition personality is “the dynamic organization within the individual of those psychophysical systems that determine his characteristic behavior and thought." In other words personality is the unique way of behavior and thoughts of an individual that is influenced by psychological and social factors.

By then, I had managed to share the game with two boys my own age from my neighborhood. In addition, teachers in this care center were active to incite the participation of all kids. Therefore, the second experience was far better. By having more experience in playing with boys I always shared with them rather than girls. However, perhaps due to previous experience or the fact that I was always with boys, I started to develop an aggressive behavior when someone did something to upset me. During this stage I did get the autonomy necessary to perform every task required for my age. Not only training toilet, but by the time I was three years old, I was able to dress and feed without help. I did not have pronunciation or locomotors problems and I was capable to accomplish success in every new assignment with my own set of skills. However, I was deficient in other areas like establishing easily social relations and developing self-confidence in the presence of others.
