For the most part, the results of the Big Five personality test were similar to what I thought they would be and what other tests have said about my personality and included areas in which I desire to improve to become a better leader ("The Big Five Project - Personality Test"). I scored high in conscientious and neuroticism and low in agreeableness, extroversion, and openness to experience/intellect. Not surprising to me were the scores for conscientiousness and extroversion. The high score reflects that I continually strive to be organized, careful, and self-disciplined, and a key part of the work I do with high-risk students relies on my students being able to depend on me. The low score in extroversion is also consistent with the self-knowledge that I am an introvert and tend to be reserved and quiet.…

Openness Openness is one of the five personality traits of the Big Five personality theory, that indicates how open-minded a person is. With regard to the Openness to experience trait Ms. Boucher had a score of 30, which means she is somewhat conventional, would rather not try new things, close-minded, literal and enjoy having a routine. This is dissimilar to my previous observation on the P.D. for I viewed her as having a high level of openness, with a general appreciation for unusual and different ideas and imaginative. I see her as a person who is creative and in touch with her feelings.…
