The small business owner has to worry about the expenses of living and paying their employee at the same time. Raising the federal minimum wage will add to the expense of the small business owners and force them to not hire employees. The big business owner also has a problem to face, they have a target amount that they want to reach at the end of the year and they won’t lower their target because of their employees.
