The conception of a just society can rise from a strong majority, not necessarily a democracy, but at its very core, the ability to identify its society's most basic needs, a strong leadership can guide such a movement into an equality most can tolerate. It states in John Stuart reading about how the strongest obstacles to the reception of the doctrine that utility or happiness is the criterion of right and wrong has been drawn from the idea of justice (John Stuart,p.129 ). It explains that what some people might thing is wrong some might think is right to do in this society. We all have different opinions and decide which path is the one that we really want to go in life. It was interesting that he explain the difference between happiness and utility in what he think that we need happiness however nothing will happen if we don’t have it in our lives. Happiness is more a pleasure and the absence pf pain. I think that the utilitarian theory of Stuart is needed in this our lives for every human and establish a more positivity in this society. Hobbes also with the case against anarchy is a great and explaining society to be peaceful and also free from the things that the government has to say. Also explaining about the reason that we have to have anarchism in this society in order for people to function. Hobbes states that laws of nature are immutable and eternal (Thomas Hobbes, p.159) In order for this nature to be able to survive we have to have laws even if we don’t agree with some of them.
