As human beings we must find a way to actually become a “being” and the only way to do so is to take action and not simply dream about your goal. Jean Paul Sartre implies that humans should not be afraid of making a decision over what they want to do or were they would like to be in life; furthermore, the freedom that we as humans have should be taken advantage and quickly make up our minds. In my response to Sartre’s philosophy about existentialism, I think that me as a person should work on my self-identity more than I already have in my life. Life is not given to any human being; however, I as a human being should continue to grow as a person and take action no matter the consequences because in the end it is I that will know who I am and will achieve any goal.
