They work collectively and blend the concepts together which makes America the greatest place to live. They give us liberty and equality. Without both life would be complicated. The three go hand and hand with each other. Yes, time has changed and modern civilization has evolved, but these frameworks are the glue that keeps America united and strong.
If American’s feel passionately about the demise of something in any of these documents, they have the right to stand up for what they believe in. They have the right to try and make the change. They can try to have the Bill of Rights amended. That’s what makes America so great. Instead of saying these documents are irrelevant, just go through the steps to get your voice heard. If your reason is validated than the amendment would be passed. Obviously it isn’t that easy, but what I am trying to say is it can be done. Separation of powers was built into our Constitution to prevent which branch from consolidating too much control?
