The three branches of government was created to maintain a balanced system. One of the many strength rooted from the U.S. Constitution, is these branches (executive, legislative, and judicial), and along with a system of check and balances which ensures that no single branch would have too much power. The executive, Legislative, and Judicial branch allows our American citizens to have their rights and liberties protected (Heritage, 2015). 200 years later, and the constitution is still being enforced, as the foundation to course the United States. The essential significance of this document still remains in effect, and America has expanded in every way and form; so partakes the U.S Constitution. One of its weakness, is that the U.S. Constitution has never been a perfect document. It continues to modify over the years by adding or changing Amendments. We started with ten amendments, which is known as the bill of rights, and became part of the constitution in 1791. To date, we have a total of 27 amendments to the constitution (Heritage,
