When George was watching the ballerinas, he noticed that they all looked exactly the same and become very skeptical of it. “George was toying with the vague motion that maybe dancers shouldn't be handicapped. But he didn't get very far with it before another noise and is your radio scattered his thoughts.” This shows how government is scared of what will or can happen when the handicaps find out what's going on.
