At the beginning of time, God gave us this beautiful Earth that sustains every individual upon its surface. It provides us with the oxygen we need to breathe, as well as the water we drink which is needed to replenish and keep our bodies hydrated. It supplies the food necessary to stimulate and nourish our physical structures. All of it is a gift from God that man is wasting because of his lack of care of our planet. God gave us dominion over this world, He commanded all of us to fruitful and multiply, that is not just for Mankind but for all living creature that moves on this planet. It is the Christians responsibility, to inhabit the earth, to replenish it and protect and take care of it, in accordance with God’s plan.
Genesis 1:28 (KJV) - And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Is man ignoring God’s instructions or did he take it so literally that he feels it is necessary to help in the development of environmental issues that will destroy the biological structure of the living world?
