The solutions are two sided and require understanding of history from both sides. Starting with slavery dating back In the pre-revolutionary war era prey 1776 of Americas independence. While slavery is and was wrong blacks today hold resentment and understandably so this creates tensions and all Americans must understand that black and white. Our society has to work together to heal the wounds as we are only little over a hundred years removed from slavery. The stories are still there from our grandparent’s parents. If we can do a better job over the next few generations, I feel our country has the opportunity to move past it for good. If not properly dealt with America will suffer this divide and 100 years easily when we are at a turning point that can be taken advantage of. Blacks have to understand no one today owned them. Whites need to be considerate of black community feeling and history and not over react to black emotions of slaver. However black need to be positive and look at the past and present and embrace the moment to also not cause conflicts or teach their community poison but rather hope and dreams and opportunity. Education is still a problem in black communities. Even though there is millions of blacks educated in today society comparted to years past there is still not enough. Although educations is thought to be formal at a university and maybe not for everyone there are other ways to help black communities, through educated leadership, family members and celebrities can contributes greatly. Educated leaders can really the people in a positive light and try to prevent a lot of the negative perceptions that is creating more harm than good for black social problems. Also Educations leads to job opportunity or small business opportunity that lead to money. Money can put blacks and whites on a more even playing field in regards to middle class equality, rather than making up a majority of the poor. Money supports education and equality and lifestyles and cultures which is more than just money. Culture is a lifestyle that is predicated on money and opportunity. I’m not talking just doctors and lawyers. But teachers, scientist, mechanics and small business owners. Regular everyday people in the community needs to be represented by equal ethnic’s groups of blacks, whites and Hispanic of the community. So Miami would be more Hispanic then black and then white modeled after the demographics of Miami but that is not the actual composition
