In the past, people around the world used to eat fresh, healthy, and prepared food which is made in their houses with their families. Nowadays, however, many people prefer to eat the food which is cooked out of their houses such as pizza, fried potatoes, fried chicken, or hamburger. In other words, people nowadays are so busy to prepare their food that is considered healthy by themselves, so they find themselves obliged to eat fast food or junk food if you will. Fast food is getting so popular recently because of the cheap price which has many advantages for people, and the delicious taste which in natural people prefer. However, since junk food was found, many health problems and negative effects started to emerge. Consequently, these health problems made an impact on life expectancy and mortality rate. More specifically, eating salty, sugary, and fatty food continuously can cause many problems, especially because food like this is void of nutritional. In general, there are many negative effects of eating junk food, but the most significant ones that are considered major risks are obesity, heart diseases, and diabetes. One of the obvious health problems that is caused by junk food is obesity. For sure, nobody would rather be suffering from getting illnesses instead of being healthy.
