Firstly, it is inescapable, as we are always involved in interactions with our surroundings. Secondly, it is irreversible, meaning that one cannot take back the message that has been delivered or said. Thirdly, interpersonal communication is complicated as it involves various factors and variables such as how you see and think of yourself, how you perceive the other person, how the other person perceive you, how the other person perceive him/herself, and how the other person think of how you perceive him/her.
