What can be some ways people communicate with each other? Communication, the way a person can connect with another. People communicate in several different ways such as artwork, tone of voice, colors, and food. Communication can be developed mainly through three different ways; Languages, body language, and facial expressions. Languages, words and symbols people use to communicate through verbal and written communication. Many languages can be heard and seen throughout the film Close Encounters with the Third Kind such as English, French, and sign language. The different languages spoken in the film help show the audience the situation in the film is a worldwide event, not just one nation. IN Close Encounters with the Third Kind, the humans and aliens communicate through sign language and by using lights and sound. The way the humans and aliens communicate in the film helps to establish a relationship between the two races, informing the audience the two races are civil towards one another. In the film Close Encounters with the Third Kind, Roy and Ronnie argue in their house. During the duration of the argument yelling remains prominent throughout the entire scene informing the audience of Ronnie´s angry feelings towards Roy. In another scene of the film Roy and Ronnie are kissing; Roy´s eyes stay open showing the audience Roy does not feel an emotional connection.
