A Massive 30 million use the Colorado, but it’s not necessarily divided equally. Cities like Tucson and Phoenix could dry up while farmers in Yuma will still be growing lettuce in the desert.
What needs to happen is the water should be split more equally. Farmer is Yuma should learn be thrifty with their water and bigger cities should try to recycle waste water.
Then maybe the diminishing river will be again the legend it once was.
