Many people from around the world suffer from Eating Disorders. People who have this types of disorders don’t realize the magnitude of the seriousness that this disorders can cause in their life. Others who suffer from this disorders don’t actually know what they are going through. The most important information for people going through Eating Disorders is knowing what it means. Therefore, Eating Disorders it’s mental disorder that affects people eating habits as well as their health, mental state. The three main known are Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating disorder. Anorexia Nervosa is a disorder of people who lack on eating properly for fear on becoming overweight/fat. Bulimia Nervosa is a disorder when people over eat large quantities of food at once and then harmed themselves with excessive exercise and self-induced vomiting, its mostly describe as Binge Eating follow by self-purging. Binge Eating Disorder is a disorder when people eat compulsively and uncontrollably amount of food rapidly and feeling regret, guilt afterwards.
Symptoms and signs for these types of Eating Disorders involved really extreme emotions and physical issues towards the weight and food of the person. Symptoms of Anorexia Nervosa involved doing extreme diet when being thin or underweight. Other signs of symptoms of Anorexia are checking calories of the food you eat, doing really compulsive exercising for fear on gaining weight. Going through self-esteem issues, depression and…
