This quote by Rand Fishkin led me to explore the idea that there is more to UX design than just

the overall layout. One of the first thing I found out was that in today’s world within designers,

UX design is one of the most demanding job in the tech world. UX/UI roles specifically are

some of the hardest positions to fill in the current market place. According to EMSI, IT jobs,

such as UX/UI design are 28 percent of all average monthly unique job postings, making this

industry the second most in demand group of professionals for 2016. There’s more than interface

and layout design that makes UX design so demanding and important. With that said, UX

designers need to create an engaging experience that the users can connect, how does the

designer achieve that? One of the most important aspect that makes UX design so important is

user interaction, as for any UX design to be successful UX design needs to have an

understanding of the user behavior and the user way of thinking. With that said there’s a whole

humanistic psychological aspect of this field that designers need to understand and need to take

into consideration. Exploring this humanistic psychological aspect, designers have to dig deeper

and understand how their design will interact with user. To add on by examining how the latest

trend of UX design in the year 2016 is affecting the overall layout…
