During the great depression many people suffered from loss of stocks, therefore adversely affecting their jobs, families and lives for many years to come. Today, many people still face hard times through loss of stocks and jobs. Although times now are different than during the Great Depression, there are many factors that contribute to the tribulations of this day. The Great Depression caused many people to struggle for a long time. Today, many people struggle because of changes in stocks, economy, and job market. There is a deep pain for those who lived through the Great Depression and are still alive today. They are able to contribute valuable thoughts and actions to our society today that help us to remember the hardships we endured during this time. Based on many different sources, it is evident that the Great Depression affected many people in various ways. The Depression was a huge turning point in America and continues to affect our society today. The reason behind this is that those who experienced the Great Depression are able to give valuable information regarding what they endured, and don’t want to relive that, or allow future generations to relive that through poor choices and mistakes today. During the Great Depression, there were a lot of issues. One main problem was that the living conditions were very bad, all so had lack of food also illness.
