They easily know a whole lot more about their employment as they have wide range of friends and know lots of people whom they share the information with. They easily get jobs as they are exposed to the outer world. For example, people who are not exposed to the outside world to see if their ideas really fit the experience they have tend to lose or miss opportunities in the world of work. The work place become exciting when there are extroverts employees because most of them are excited when around people and they like to energise other people, moving into action and make things happen. They like to experience things first and trust words and symbols less. Intuition type of people are paying the most attention to impressions or the meaning and patterns of the information they get. They would rather learn by thinking a problem through than by hands-on experience. Thinking people tend to judge things or people either intentionally or unintentionally. All this personality types makes them wanting to know more or experience more on their work. By doing so, they are actively participating in their fields of wok leading them to getting promotions and enjoying what they are doing. This make them enjoy their work because they are doing things according to the way they are.
5. KRUMBOLTZ’S CAREER DECISION-MAKING THEORY
J.D Krumboltz proffered a theory of career choice which is regarded as an application of the social learning theory. According to Bandura’s point of view (Meyer et al., 2008) on his social cognitive learning theory the behavior of an individual is determined by the interaction process between the environment and the individual. So the reason for regarding Krumboltz career theory is because career choice is considered as a decision making process in which learning plays a major role (Krumboltz, 1979).
