Battleship Potemkin is a revolutionary film that was shot in 1925 with a political purpose as well as protecting the blacks from the Abortive Revolution. Further, I liked the hand log momentums and the thrilling juxtapositions that left most of the viewers gasping. The movie focused on encouraging the multitudes to join the proletariat to help in overthrowing the one that had existed for a long time. Based on the film, I did not like the way officers threw tarpaulin to the people who went against their wish. In my point of view, it is important to give freedom to choose what they think deserves them. Other officers ordered for the killings of innocent civilians something I would never support. Francis Ford was my favorite character since he could influence people and he was much willing to fight and overthrow Eisenstein from the top seat. Eisenstein was least favorite character since he could use the magic of montage that brought about confusion in the film (Einsenstein,1925). The combination of efforts between Salvador Dali and Luis Bunuel brought about a masterpiece in the Surrealist Movement. The filmmaker focused on interrupting the realism of the film. He further wanted to explain the freedom realized acquired from the film and how people were required to fight for their rights every moment. I liked the film since it focused on administering the shock that scared the society. Further, its technique was thoroughly absorbed by the audience and mostly suited the viewers. The main theme of the film was to address freedom that was clearly put and encouraged people to keep fighting for the rights. Freedom was only that could have taken the people out misery and, therefore the film them fight harder for their freedom.
