There are two common disorders that affect the ability of a person to pay attention or focus on tasks. Though they are often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences that make them unique. One in called Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), and the other is called Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
