I . Sense of life inside and outside the cave for Plato's. Plato, in the Allegory of the Cave teach us that the cost and the value of ushering of human being toward the enlightenment. He lay out that if one of the enchained people is free from the cave world, and come out to the real world, he cannot reach to the realization of the real world at first because his eyes could not belief in the real light comparing to the shadow light he used to it for such a long time. He says that there are two types of perception: sensory perception and spiritual perception. Sensory perception is the world of appearance, which we perceive, with the help of our sensory organs. For this, world is the world of illusion. It is the world of shadows so in Plato’s view, it is the world of falsehood. Our text suggested that “Plato believed that the world revealed to us in sense experience is like the land of shadows; it is an imperfect representation of higher truths that are revealed to us through reason”. Many are kept in the dark today, by the régime, Television and the media. Most of us don’t even know that we are limited to freedom of speech and press as well as many other amendments. I am from the 3rd world country where the citizen has no right to criticize or spick against the government, they are completely stifled and repressed from writing and expressing their mind. To be honest, I personally don’t think we will uncover the truth, today, tomorrow or in the age to come. The information technology we are living in has become our prison den.
