The Partnership at Drug Free Organization and Office of Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Service conducted a national survey in which they found that 23, 50 million American adults are active involved in the use, and abuse of some substances. Substance use disorder is a condition that results, when a person ingests a substance such as alcohol, cocaine, opiates, marijuana or other drug that can be pleasurable, but they continue its use which becomes compulsive and interferes with ordinary responsibilities. It is a global problem, because this destroys users, and people around them. Prescription drugs overuse in the United States is a social problem, because more of 22.000 Americans are abusing of the painkiller, and 6, 5% of high school seniors have abused of the amphetamines (National Institute on Drug Abuse). Opiates, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, prescription sleep medications are difficult to treat because they are highly addictively, and their withdrawal symptoms are seizures, dehydration, anxiety attacks, several depression, hallucinations, psychotic breaks, overheating, suicidal impulse, and death. (Psychology Today, 1991-2016) Another common drug of abuse is alcohol. It is a legal drug and has a greater index of death in the year. Each year, thousands of people die for accident, cirrhosis, and suicides attends related to alcohol abuse.
