Views on aging and emotional benefits of physical activity: Effects on an exercise intervention in older women This article is about a research on cognitive aging and was centered on women older than 70 years’ old German -Speaking form Berlin, Germany. This study meets all the rules and regulations from the Ethical board. The woman that participate in this study does not have any of previous impairments like; hearing or visual or other medial symptoms they had a satisfactory health statue, with a sedentary lifestyle, and not previous diagnosed of psychosis or depression that affect their cognitive develop. To show that were not cognitive deficient on those participants were screening using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) also to measure the depressive mood with the short-form of the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-SP) Klusmann, V., et al.
