In Christianity, understanding the spiritual world has proven to be of so much importance. With such information and knowledge, one can find solutions to many problems. Also, a person can know where to take their complains to, for example; to the devil rather than to God.
According to findings, demonic possession is a spiritual attack. It affects many without their knowledge. Demons are the forces that Satan uses to accomplish his mission and vision here on earth. These forces are the ones that are behind most of the problems that are going on in the believer’s lives. For example, demons are the ones that drive people into addictions; alcoholism, pornography, drug abuse, bad habits. They enhance oppressions and depression amongst Christians, lack of job, accidents, and hatred. Not only these, bad things that bring unharmonious to the Christian environment. The servants of the devil; witches, magicians, Satanist, cultist and members of the church of Satan, use such forces and powers to try and destroy the Christian family.

He also uses such tactics to keep Christians from heaven. If he sees a praying church, in whatever means, he tries to destruct the church. For example, if there is a pastor who has stood on the word and is directing the congregation on the way to heaven, demons will try to make the man of God lose focus. This will be done through a series of temptations. The congregation will be destructed by the rising of cases such as cancer. Some believers end up not seeing the importance of God whom they are serving. This is through the problems they are undergoing through. Because of this, they lose the morale of praying. What they do not know is that in secret, they are doing what the devil wants them to

Athanasius was the chief deacon assistant to Bishop Alexander of Alexandria. A man called Arius denied that Christ was fully God. He claimed that Christ was father’s creation and thus Christ wasn’t supposed to be considered as God, arguing on a fact that Christ could not offer salvation (Dennison, Jr.). Athanasius challenged this view by giving examples of his own. The incarnation of the Word is his most famous writing (Galli).…

This passage evokes the feeling that the hateful relationship they possess with the Devil is what causes the individual to become an ascetic. To clarify, the Devil constantly urges another to perform a sinful action in order to pull them away from God and dehumanize them. In order to stay one with God, the individual must use the actions of the ascetic such as prayer, fasting, the vigils and so forth. Although the relationship with the Devil is one of hatred, it propels an individual to the ascetic life as they perform the same actions a ascetic does in order to escape the Devil. Therefore, Without the relationship with the Devil, one is not in as much need for the relationship with God and if they do not possess the strong relationship and devotion to him, they will never receive the intervention from him that leads them to…

I don’t talk about this anymore, because many people get freaked about it. In fact, I leave it out of my testimony, but maybe I should include it. A lot of evil things happened to my wife and I prior to becoming saved, however about 6 months after I gave my life to Christ I came under major attack by evil. Fr. Mark Link, SJ’s, The Spiritual Exercise, is a short article that compares the differences between the two strategies of how Satan and Jesus affect people in our world today. The two strategies go in great depth and explicitly explain how each strategy brings people closer (or farther) to the Kingdom of God. In The Spiritual Exercise, these strategies are identified as the “path of light” and the “path of darkness.” The “path of light” is the way of life in which a person adheres to Jesus’s strategy of goodwill and is not attached to “worldly possessions, pleasures, and honors.”…

Christianity Fundamentals and The War Against Evil My Christian beliefs after reading the book by C.S. Lewis are distinctly more complex than what I believed prior. It is not necessarily that they are different; they have just evolved. I need to understand and be able to explain why we believe what we do as Christians. As I learned Christian belief from my parents and others around me as a child, believing things on blind faith alone was acceptable, although there comes a point when one must discover on their own what it truly means to be a Christian.…
