PGF2-alpha analog. Like muscarinic agonists, it increases outflow of aqueous humor

Darkens color of iris (browning)
Side effects of cholinomimetics (pilocarpine, carbachol, physostigmine, echothiophate)
Miosis, cyclospasm
Do not use this drug in closed-angle glaucoma
