(6) Soldier loses Security Clearance or does not have appropriate Level of Security Clearance. (7) Solider is ineligible to Reenlist or extend to meet a Service Remaining Requirement for the Promotion. (8) A bar to reenlistment is approved. (9) Soldier was punished under UCMJ. Soldier will have to wait until all suspensions have been met. (10) Soldier has been FLAGGED. (11) Soldier is Command referred to ASAP. If Self referred they remain promotable unless they use while in ASAP (12) Soldier has a qualifying conviction for domestic violence under the Lautenberg Amendment (13) A Soldier has failed, due to his/her own fault to complete necessary training associated with reclassification to a new MOS |
