Maintained a network of influencers to include parents, educators and community officials in two high schools and one college. Responsible for $30,000 worth of government equipment. Controlled the Recruiting Station and accomplished 100 percent of the station assigned recruiting mission during Station Commander’s absence. Prepared, scanned and or conducted quality control for 200 enlistment packet in Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS), which improve the packet error rate from 10 percent to 2 percent during 30 months. Processed all medical waivers for entrance into the Army, which required to requested and route military and or civilian medical records using authorized medical releases. Scheduled appointments for medical screenings outside the Military Entrance and Processing Station (MEPS) when required through Kimbrough Army Medical Center or Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Responsible for accurate and timely HR support using Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) and other Human Resources Database Automation Systems, Personnel Actions, Awards and Decorations programs, Legal processing, Army Evaluation Reporting System, In and Out-processing, Military Pay Processing, Enlisted Promotions (Centralized, Semi-Centralized Promotions and Advancements), Enlisted Manning, and Unit Status Reporting. Operated in an office setting with ten personnel to maintain 2,500 active and inactive Personnel Service Files and Solider Readiness Files using Army Records Information Management Systems (ARIMS). Provided 215 promotion packets for the G-1, Chief of Staff of the Army that were used for an Army-wide promotion analysis; a process which directly catalyzed change in Army-wide promotion practices, resulting in a new Promotion Points Worksheet system that increased promotion rates across the Army.
