Responsible for accurate and timely HR support using Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) and other Human Resources Database Automation Systems, Personnel Actions, Awards and Decorations programs, Legal processing, Army Evaluation Reporting System, In and Out-processing, Military Pay Processing, Enlisted Promotions (Centralized, Semi-Centralized Promotions and Advancements), Enlisted Manning, and Unit Status Reporting. Operated in an office setting with ten personnel to maintain 2,500 active and inactive Personnel Service Files and Solider Readiness Files using Army Records Information Management Systems (ARIMS). Provided 215 promotion packets for the G-1, Chief of Staff of the Army that were used for an Army-wide promotion analysis; a process which directly catalyzed change in Army-wide promotion practices, resulting in a new Promotion Points Worksheet system that increased promotion rates across the Army. Served as the primary instructor for low density job training and tactical training classes for over 100 employees. Processed 945 employees through Deployment and Reconstitution Tracking Software (DARTS) for deployment and redeployment to Iraq and back to Fort Lee.
