Excretory System
System in charge of removing wastes from your metabolism. As wastes are removed, you are maintaining homeostasis.
Kidneys
acts like a filter.

Blood, water, and waste enter kidneys. Filter traps wastes (excess H20, salt, and urea). Blood and some water flow out and back into the body. Remaining wastes combine to form urine.
Nephrons
Filtering factories in the kidney that remove wastes from blood.
Urea
Chemical produced from making proteins.
Ureter
Narrow tube allowing urine to flow out of the kidneys and into the urinary bladder.
