Emotions

Typically short lived lasting from a few seconds to minutes and are usually triggered by a specific event leading to an immediate and fairly intense reaction

Mood

Tend to last hours or days. Moods are more global and are temporally removed from the cause

Affect

The outward expression of emotion. Your core affects are stable neurophysiological tendencies that are considered part of your character or personality

Subjective experience

The inner feeling or experience of an emotion
