Hairy cell leukemia - "hairy cells" (malignant B lymphocytes) accumulate in the bone marrow, hepato/splenomegaly, pancytopenia
HODGKINS DISEASE - originates from WBCs spread of disease from one lymph node group to another and by the development of systemic symptoms
NON-HODGKINS LYMPHOMA - any kind of lymphoma EXCEPT Hodgkin's:
