ADH

A hormone produced kn your pituitary gland that regulates the volume of urine you excrete

More water you consume the less ADH is produced and that means more water into your urine and more dilute urine

The Kidney

Bean shaped and found in your lower back either side of your spine, blood is brought in the renal arteries. Filtered by kidney then taken away from renal veins. Ureter forms a third tube that leads to bladder.
