What does our family mean to you? While conducting my research over the week, I became open to a lot of things I didn’t know my family thought. My question was “What does our family mean to you?”, and asking this didn’t end up changing my original hypothesis at all. My hypothesis originally was that all of the answers I received from my family would be relatively the same; that we are very close and overall a very happy family. I believe doing this research showed me how all of my family members felt in their own words, and it brought some of my cousins and aunts and uncles closer to our household. To begin my research, I asked my younger brother and sister, Matthew and Ella. I wanted to make it easier for them to answer, so I started by asking them three questions: What is your favorite thing to do with our family? Why do you like our family? And lastly, If you could change anything about our family, what would it be? I expected some different answers from them because they are different ages, Ella being seven and Matthew sixteen. From Ella, I got some answers that didn’t help me much, but I still found very funny. For the first question, she said “My favorite thing to do with our family is eat dinner.”, so I thought okay, that’s not too bad! The second question, however, made me laugh. She answered, “Well.
