In my utopian community, families are medium-sized. There are two children in each family. There could be one boy, one girl or two boys or two girls. It’s regulated so someone else doesn’t have to raise three children because someone only wants one. It’s also regulated so the children have another child to talk to in their dwelling. Everyone in each family lives in the same dwelling (mom, dad, and the two children). This is so they can learn to share and they can connect with each other. If someone in the dwelling has trouble with something/someone else, they can talk to the rest of their family members in the household. The community spends one hour every day with recreation. The seasons change. In summer, it goes up to eighty degrees and in winter it goes down to thirty degrees. There is never more than an inch of snow during winter. The animals in the community are pet dogs and pet cats. They’re pets because they can be controlled and watched over in a family’s dwelling. They can be fed, sheltered and they are safe. If there are wild animals, the animals aren’t in as much control. In my community, people get around on bicycles to make sure they stay in shape and bikes don't create air pollution. A system of mass transit isn’t used in the community. Mass transit can cause confusion and I don’t want confusion in my community. Technology is a good thing in my community. We use technology for cameras, locks, and phones. However, we aren’t technologically advanced. The people live a more simple
