To What Extent Is The Constitution Outdated

Do you think the Constitution is outdated? Well, according to PBS, 41% of Americans think it is. These are just opinions though, the Constitution is not outdated because it can be changed if needed, it was written to last for future generations, and it continues to give us the rights we deserve. According to the White House Website “An amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose.
