I wanted a book that was informational and kept my interest. Traig gave real life experiences and struggles that she went through as a young child. She provided much information about her scruples disease that is psychology related. An obsessive compulsive disorder is one of many psychological disorders that many suffer from. Traig goes into details to inform the reader that her compulsions controlled her behavior and action for most of her teen years. Traig went through these struggles to become a perfectionist with her rituals, and Jewish beliefs. Scrupulosity OCD is related to psychology because the compulsions cause guilt about morals or religious issues, which are unwanted by its sufferers. They must complete thoughts, feelings, behaviors and sensations that the compulsions demand. It can also lead to other disorders like, anxiety, and depression
