We were walking through the forest; we had just got out from school. I was taking a look behind me and see Sarah running trying to keep up with my pace. “Slow down, I can’t keep up with your pace” she said breathing heavy from running so much. I rolled my eyes at my dramatic friend; she glared when she saw me roll my eyes at her. I turned around and continued walking at a slightly slower pace. “It's not like anything bad is going to happen” I pointed out. It's like she thought Big Foot or Slenderman was going to jump out at us at any given moment and attack. “You never know what kind of monsters or weirdoes are out and about”, she yelled back. “Not much of a difference but at least we can see the outlines of almost everything” “This is ridiculous” I grumbled to myself has I tripped on another twig or rock for about the tenth time. I hear a thud and turn around to find Sarah sprawled out on the ground. “Why do you get the flashlight” Sarah said while glaring at me and picking herself up from the ground. “Because it was my idea!” I replied smugly. I turned back around and continued down the tiny hill we were on. This is taking longer then it normally does I start to think has I look down the hill to see we still have many trees to pass by before we come close to the bottom; I think to myself. I stop in front of the nearest trees, suddenly I feel someone bump into my back nearly causing me to fall down the hill. “You could have warned me that you were just going to stop walking, its kind of dark out so I cant really see where anything is considering you have my phone” Sarah mumbled has she pushed herself off of me and continued down the hill. “Wait” I said calling her back “Something doesn’t seem right” I said my voice drifting of into a quit whisper. Looking around I noticed these surroundings don’t look similar to what we normally walk by everyday. Wonderful we must have got lost on are way back.
