a) Describe the different types of support that people may need.
- Planning the support for people before any changes occur - If it’s possible it’s good to involve staff, so they would have a participation in the change process - Make sure that people know what is the change, how will it change the organisation, will their jobs be affected by it (what’s the impact, how much will it change) and most importantly why is the change being made - Provide training in necessary - Behave in encouraging way - Applying personal coaching and counselling

Working with others can be very beneficial. When business is going through a change a lot of employees can get stressed, it may be difficult for them to adapt. If people are working together they can help each other to accept the change, to support during the process.
