Macbeth Writing Assignment Some men are born predestined to strive for greatness, while others are born predestined to fail. Michael Jackson was born to do both. In many ways, he resembles Macbeth like both individuals demonstrated extraordinary talents in their field of expertise, also both men had a flaw in their character that is what ultimately causes their demise. Michael Jackson’s flaw was his inability to accept himself. This lead Jackson to pursue a life filled with drugs that ultimately in the end causes his death, making him one of the most prominent examples of a tragic hero like Macbeth.
