Movies have proven themselves to be a major source of entertainment and business lately, and everybody watches them. What movies portray or reflect, some may just look at it and forget about it the very next moment, but there are some who watch with a completely different perspective and have their ways of thinking influenced by what they see in these movies. Since my paper is about disabilities seen in movies, I’m going to take the example of the movie Avatar here which is probably the best example out there when it comes to showing how disabilities have been portrayed to the major audience.
